You can change your cursor to anime cursor by going to Comet Cursor Site (http://www.cometcursor.com/)
and download software that let you acess from your desktop and
choose a cursor from Anime section
and you will have many selector ( Evangelion , Ranma , ... etc
then choose any cursor of that anime
