I don't understand what you want, but if you want to get the Save the Queen, you need to do the following:
1-Beat Hades in Memoria to get to the Legendary Synethises shop
2- Get a Javelin and a Silver Gloves
3- Go to him and he'll make it for you.
The sword has 2 uses only, one is that there will be an extra scene at the ending movie, or you can use it with Amarant's throw command.

But if you want ot play WITH Beatrix, do the go to these websites:

Note: you can't find a javelin or a silver gloves in Disc 4! So you should've bought these 2 itmes in Disc 1 to 3!

Daguerro doesn't make the Save the Queen SWORD!
Note: you can't find a javelin or a silver gloves in Disc 4! So you should've bought these 2 itmes in Lindblums Weapon Shop before Disc 3 or it will never be on sale again!!

إليك الترجمة من الأول إلى الأخر (مع أن بعضها أكيد فاهمنه أنت!):

أنا ما فاهم إيش تريد، إذا كنت تريد تلعب بـBeatrix، فإدخل الموقعين الي عطيتك إياهُم، أما إذا كنت تريد سيف Save the Queen:

2- إذا كان عندك Javelin & Silver Gloves، روح عنده و بيسويلك السيف.
