Dear brother
download a small program from the web called:

recover4all

use it so you can restore your deleted files..

also, look at this montada, you will find the program and the serial number:

Sorry brother I forgot to answer the 2nd question:
when we used DOS before, we used
delete for deleting file
and undelete to restore the deleted file
but you have to be in the same folder containing the file you deleted
so, try it under dos, goto the folder of the file you deleted and use this command
undelete

it will give you a list of deleted files and you have to insert the first letter for the file
