Storied European powerhouses A.S. Roma and Real Madrid hopped the pond Thursday, showing a Giants Stadium crowd that included U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger what top-notch club soccer is all about. The 0-0 draw, to benefit the Global AIDS fund, featured rosters sprinkled with World Cup stars from around the globe.
