i think you should use " who " in your subject line
you use " how " when you ask about the shape of a thing
like " how are you today " not like what you did

I think she has the same problem as I have, she can't write Arabic because it takes too long time for her to write, I mean we alway in school and Internet Cafe and stuff write English so it's hard to change now, hope if you understand what I mean!
