I have problem in my Internet explorer

Hi all, i have a problem in my internet Explorer 6!
This problem happened after i have formated my computer (I use win XP), most o fthe time i try to open a page it brings me an error saying that "the page cannot be diplayed and cannot find server,", this problem didn't used to happen before i've formatted my compute, i'm using Internet Explorer 6 Service pack 1, please help me to solve this problem!!!

أعتقد أنك لم تضبط اعدادات البروكسي

connection
setting
put chech on "use proxy server"
then put the server and the port
