you can add something to be run when you log in kde
just put a link in the folder
---
open your home
goto ".kde" folder by write it in address or show hidden and enter it
then goto "Autostart" folder
and put what ever you want in it
note : the full name will be ~/.kde/Autostart
the A is upper case
