Man, you really don't get a lot of forums talking about fighting games here! However, since this game is comin' to the PS2, I thought I'd write about!
1- It has not yet been confirmed WHEN it will be on the PS2, but it will come inshallah.
2- Sorry I have to write this in English, it's a long story, but plz if someone can translate it, by all means go ahead!
3-IF YOU ARE A MEMBER IN ANOTHER MONTADA DO NOT COPY THE TRANSLATED VERSION TO THAT MONTADA!
4- Just for the record: this is the 2nd montada I write to about the game.
5- Let's start with the characters:
SNK:
Kyo, Iori, Mai, Ryo, Terry, Earthquake (from Samurai Shodown), Choi, Mr. Karate, Shiki (from Samurai Shodown), Kim Kaphwan, Kasumi and Genjuro (from Samurai Shodown.
Capcom:
Ryu, Sagat, Chun-Li, Guile, Ken, Hugo (from Street Fighter 3), Dan, Balrog, Vega, Dhalsim, Tessa (from Pocket Fighter) and Bison.
6-Grafix:
From what I've seen the grafix engine that will be used for this game will be the same one used in the KoF games! Even the Capcom characters will be draw 'KoF--like-ish'! However, the backgrounds will use a different grafix engine: the grafix engine used to make the backgrounds in Guilty Gear XX!
7-Characters moves:
By this I mean the Hadukens and stuff like that. All Capcom characters will have their original moves from their previous games. However, some SNK characters will have their moves from KoF with a few exceptions:
Kyo: He has both the moes he had in KoF 97 and 2001.
Iori: He has both his moves from KoF 99 and 2001. He also has a new Super Special Move which is a counter-attack.
Terry: He has all his moves from the KoF games with 2 new Super Special moves: Buster Wolf (from Garou) and a new move called Rising Beat which is just like Rock and Geeses' Deadly Rave.
8-Secret/Special Characters:
You can bet these characters will be secret cahracters in the home version:
SNK:
Geese, Orochi Iori, Goentiz (about time they brought him back to life!) and a completly new character Shin Takuma.
Capcom:
Demitri (from Darkstalkers), Shin Akuma, Akuma and another completly new character:
