w iza ma kan 3indi hal port can i connect on a new one on my pc ? w iza 2eh how much does it costs?

but i got an infrared device and installed it on my computer bas how can i check if it functions properly ? la2an i tried to connect it with my phone and that didnt work so.. w shokran 3ala gawabak :)
