Developed by: Snowblind Studios
Gener: RPG
Released: 02/10/2004
It's mixed by RPG and a Strategy game. It talks about a kingdom in the old days (perhapes in the Dark Ages) that were attaked by monsters, like orcs (the only main enemies i saw). The king of that kingdom always picks up soliders and ask them if they want to fight against these monsters and free the kingdom.
You can play this game can be played by 4 players togather ofline. I heard that it is the same as a game but i don't know what is it called.
You will have a choice of five different kind of worriers that have different abilities. For each kind there is a male and a female, so in total they are 10. These five kinds are:
First: Barbarian Warrior
Strong at: This worrier is good for close combat.
Weak at: Against long range combat and magic.
Seconed: Wood Elf Ranger
Strong at: Long range, it's best to use bow and arrows while using this guy
Weak at: I prefer that you don't get involove in close range combat while using this guy
Third: High Elf Cleric (or as we know Wht Mage)
Strong at: He is good at Undead monsters (i didn't see any yet) since it uses Holy
Weak at: There are some kind of monsters that i didn't reach yet that are strong against Holy, i don't know thats monster's name
Fourth: Erudite Wizard (or as we know as Blk Mage)
Strong at: Black Magic, long distance (it's good to have one in the team when you are playing more than one player)
Weak at: close range, even though it can fight from a close range
Fifth: Dark Elf Shadowknight
Strong at: Close Range and summoing undead to help you (you need to teach him the ability to summon)
Weak at: I belive Holy <--- (not sure, and i think there is more)
After choosing your charcter you can upgrade him with the usual way of RPG and you can teach him any ability you want, but your level should be enough to be able to learn it. Same thing with the weopens and the armors. About the items you pick and the weopens, each item, weopen and armor has a weight if the total of all the things you have reach your limit you will not be able to carry any more stuff. If you found an item you want in the ground and you reached your limit. You have to things to do, either you leave it and go to the nearest shop and sell the things that you don't want then come back to that thing (thats to much :S), or can just drop the things that you don't want and pick that thing. Thing that you droped will never disapear it will stay there till somebody pick it up.
You can combine some items with your weopens or armors. The effect of each item will be different on the weopen than in the armor, and that effect will apear in the charcter if they were holding the weopen or item. Each weopen and armor has four slots for the items. Most of them has 2 free space on them, some will have one space and rare ones that will have three free slots. Items that you combine with the weopens and the armors can't be pulled away from it, so you have to choose whisly.
This all can right about for now. I tried to play online, but i have a copy game so it seems the DNAS program stoped me. So if anyone has an original game and played online it will be kind from him to write about it here.
Till next,
As you all know me MrDeath
