Thats a good photo, the best thing about it is the composition. I like how you included the bridge in the frame, I don't think including the rocks in the frame serve a purpose though, but thats only my taste, maybe you liked it like that :)

The exposure, I think 15 seconds is way too much because there are over-lit parts in the photo. I don't know what ISO you used, but setting it to 100 and then trying 5, 10 and 15 seconds may get you a better result
