Error Installing packages "RPM" and all files

1 st .. sry 4 writing english because i
cant make my linux (RedHat linux Plus Core 1 )
enable writing arabic . but its read vry well >
my problem occured when i click a RPM file
to install it an error message appear and says :

Installation Tree Not Found.

The path /mnt/cdrom 1does not look like a valid installation source.

and the packages are vry important .. and i want
2 install it .. this packages like :
1- kopete-0.7.2-1.i386.rpm
2- AMSN-0.90-1.i586.rpm
3-
.......
and the twice i downloaded them 2 use them like Msn messenger .
i hope that u 'll find the solution .. thanx
and other type : "BIN" like :
1- rp8_linux_alpha_rh62_cs1.bin "Real Player 8"

mount ????????????? i cant understand
but i think that its prefer to CD-ROM .. i've 2 CD-ROM(s)
i installed the linux from the writer .. and then a problem occured in it ,, 4 that i'm using an other one ... but the twice are pluged-in and the second read CD(s) vry well .. but the Writer ( that i setup the linix from it ) didnt work .
plz plz plz plz i want the solution ... and a little q :
i'm installing a package from HD .. y he asking about CD ????

استخدم الامر كالاتى
rpm -ivh --force
ثم اكتب اسم البرنامج المراد
واذا طلب منك اسم برنامج اخر ابد ان تاتى به اولا من النت او من السى دى

و أين أكتب هذه الاوامر ... بمعنى آخر اين هي نافذة سطر الاوامر و هل هلي terminal ؟؟ أم هي الـ Run Command ؟؟

the terminal and the run command is used to run any command we have in the linux, but the terminal in ur case or any cases like this is better cause u can see what messages ius generated from the comman u type

بالنسبة لموضوع ال ار بي ام فايل الذي تريده قم بنسخ الملفات الى مجلد على الهارد دسك , ثم اذهب الى التيرمنل , قم بتحويل المستخدم الى رووت وتعامل مع ال ار بي ام من سطر الاوامر

#rpm -ivh ur_file_name

or

#rpm -Uvh ur_file_name

اذا لم يكمل التنزيل اقرأ الموجود عندك على التيرمنل قد تكون بحاجة الى ملفات اخرى

يمكنك ايضا اجبار الملف على النزول باستخدام
--force

#rpm -ivh (or Uvh) ur_file_name --force
