Hi there,

Since you'r in Malaysia -assuming its cheaper there, why dont you get a 64-bit AMD processor?
32-bits will be gone pretty soon and the new Microsoft 64-bit OS will be released (next year?) ..

If you can afford it, I'd say go for it...

dude

AMD Athlon FX-53 (http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ProductInformation/0,,30_118_9485_9488,00.html) is the fastest 64-bit CPU from AMD

and it's fully compatible as you know with Windows XP 64-bit edition so far

hey buddy

glad to see you arround

and thanks for post :)

SoliDad

hey what's up

well, it costs me 3650 RM thats equal the same amount of money in Saudi Riyal and yes that goes for the CPU only *sigh* hehe

the mobo costs 600SR the Wi-Fi edition

and the memory costs 1650 for the PRO series the modules with LED indicator for ram activity

review and benchmarks

ASUS A8V Deluxe Wi-Fi Edition (http://www.hexus.net/content/reviews/review.php?dXJsX3Jldmlld19JRD03OTUmdXJsX3BhZ2U9Mg==)

Corsair TWINX PC3200XL Pro (http://www.overclockercafe.com/Reviews/memory/Corsair_TwinX_3200XL_Pro/index.htm) i moved to this one for a purpose, this baby can give 5-2-2-2 timings at 400MHz and on the other hand it goes up to 500MHz rocket stable, plus some extra cash saved on hand :P
