just install the program...if u dont have java installed in ur machine then choose JAP+Java option from installation options...

after installation completes...there is a wizard which changes ur browser proxy to localhost:4001...run that from start menu or set it manually...

start jap...connect to the server...browse safly...

the idea of jap is that there are several users browse the net with the same ip through the proxy server...
