Looking for an old anime Film

Hiyaaaa ^^

I have no clue on the title, but I remember the storyline :

A boy whose mother was turned into a lake dragon by some spell/malediction, goes through a journey to look for her.
I have a side memory : a girl who is on a swing ("orjou7a") and plays fine tunes on a harmonica

That's all ^^;

It's a film/movie not a serie.

At the time (some 13~15 years ago perhaps ^^; ) , it was airing on TV in arabic.

I'm 200% sure that "Taro the dragon boy" is the one I was looking for (from the looks of the third picture which is taken from the end of the film !)
(the girl with the harmonica was part of my memories concerning that anime as well, I'm sorry I made you look for a second)

Excellent, I am going to return a few years back with that nice film *_*

I'm about to finish Last Exile : it's really excellent.
I saw a few episodes of Bleach but dropped at the 5th I think. It was not that bad, but...too predictable.

I went through it. Music is nice but the storyline is a bit...arid, surprisingly (given the sci-fi/romance type). Too few characters, and sickening doses of affection.
X6 (that's a smiley I made, or at least I think i'm the only one to use it lol)
Anyway, that's only my opinion

Remember the holidays are not the same. I'm about to finish mine, which started one week and a half ago, and next monday insha2llah I'm off to where you know ;)
I don't watch that much anime despite the looks =)
I have seen 10 episodes of Last Exile in 10 days.
