I’ve seen this documentary that was really interesting …
It was bout the human brain,, you know ,, that lump that lies three feet above your b… behind ;)
Well it goes something like this…
The human brains develop as soon as experiences start… every experience forms a connection between the brains cells…and each time you go through the same experience you would be familiar with what your supposed to do ( ie : learning from your mistakes) if you don’t on the other hand, that connection will slowly disappear, fade,away..die.. Something like that…
Ok..skip to the interesting part(that’s like half an hour’s worth of my weekend time!!!.....
This German scientist, who was on his vacation, saw a group of elderly (over 60 yrs of age) were hiking while talking. It seemed like they were enjoying themselves.. when they reached a tight spot along the way the all stopped at once… they stopped talking..and walking. They stood still for a few seconds before one of them suggested a rout they could walk through…. So this German doc went home with an idea to prove,,, and he did,, his theory was;
As humans grows older and they use their experience less.. they tend to loose those connections.. wich the doc. Refure to as “mental resources” .. what he proved ( if u want to know what he did to prove it.. just ask) those elderly didn’t have enough”mental resources” to walk, talk and think up a rout all at once…..
