I know your feeling though I don't mind seeing abbreviations (that is what I call it lol)

Anyway, I'm on your side, because for a while ago I used to use these -abbreviations- and got shocked when I found out that I actually do that on test papers :11: and I lost marks for that of course, not mentioning my teachers' wonderful comments lol

yeah and also american hate this they really do you just get flamed to hell if you start talking like this or settle for being called a newbie !

and another-one you should try stop useing them few days later you`ll see that your faster at typeing and dont need them .

and i want to menton something else that really gets on my nerves is when people speak arabic useing english letters
(i.e marhaba) i just hate this isn`t arabic good enought for you?

and something else is when you talking with someone(in real life) and they start spewing english words in the middle of the sentice ! showing off? maybe and after few conversaitons you find out that they only know thoses few words !

about the whole were not in a class deal i think this forum is like a class theres lessons aren`t there and people come in here trying to improve there skills but when people use short cuts(short cuts are not the same as abbreviation because abbreviation are agreed upon an can be found in refference books offical document even names [i.e /mr /ms/names like r.johnson]) any way back to the point the wreck the english language and migh confuse people who are trying to learn new stuff
