I need help on Windows Midea Player. the problem starts with onlie vedio/aduio file. for examples, I can not watch Movie trailers or watch music videos on Yahoo and other music websites, not to mintion some of my own video files are an able to be played on the WMP. I always get the same message: Your Windows Media Player has ecountered a problem and it needs to close. and the problem is, when ever I unistall or download the software from the internet (microsoft.com) I always still have the same problem. I can not play the files. help me allah yojazeekom
