i have a problem with a virus in my dsl connection

hi there..
I have dsl connection and windows xp service pack 2..Im having new problem whih my internet gets soooo slow and i noticed in the connection box that i have too many error in the recived area!!
the company sayed thats a virus...so i dont know how i can fix it..i tried many antiviruses and nothing happened..

جرب انك تشيل الكهربا عن المودم وترجعها بعد عشر دقائق ..فهذا ينفع في حالات البطئ الشديد للدي اس ال ..وانا شحصيا جربتها ونفعت معي ..

الحل الثاني جرب انك تنعش الاي بي وذلك بعمل التالي :

open start - Run - type : cmd

type : ipconfig/release

you will recive 0.0.0.0..now type : ipconfig/renew

now go and try the connection...maybe this will work i don't know..

try to do as kayto old u i hope his was will work...........another solution why dont u speak with ur DSL company and tell them what is the solution to this virus?
