These patches are nothing to do with me just posting it for ppl of the forum..
WHATS IN NEST 4'S PATCH.....
- Patch update v 1,7 by Gor.
- Sounds of Sport Merry-go-round (Goals and some commentaries).
- Video introduction by Nest4.
- Chants we9 by Maximo
- rotario Bottom by Nest4
- Logo by Nest4.
- Faces (Villa, Sergio Branches, Asly Cole, Ayala, Giuly, Carew, Simao, Xavi, Squares, Ljunberg, Of the Furnace, Owen, Saw, Emerson, Trezeguet, Ronaldinho, Giuly, Ezquerro, Messi, Ronaldo, Guti) by Nest4 & Juanki.
- peskorea Logo and flags all leagues.

Ive added all of the above patches and been testing for hours with no problems or crashes.............
Well done lads excellent patches and alot of hard work to everybody involved many thanks lads..........
First of all you have to extract all the files from a clean iso of pes 5 using apache to folder of your choice........
Then open the the nest 4 patch file in dkz studio an apply in folder when the extracted files are.
Then do the same with the kit patch dkz apply in folder , then the same again with the kit fix.
Now open sony cd/gen 1.50 select dvd master , then click volume tab and add disc name as SLES 53544 and then click the directory tab and add the files from your extracted folder in the same order that they opened in apache (the best way to do this is leave apache window open) and add them one at a time in the correct order).
When all the files are added click file in cd/gen and select export iml file to location of your choice.
Now reopen dkz studio select tools and then (isomaker make iso) select iml file you have just exported from cd/gen and choose location of iso.
Now open MAXIMO'S Chant patch in dkz studio and apply in iso.......
Finally burn and enjoy u will have the complete game MAXIMO'S EXCELLENT CHANTS , NEST4 GREAT PATCH AND 100% KITS.
I will try and post some links to the tools and tutorials needed soon for people who haven't got them although these tools should be in the tools section...
Maybe if somebody can add tutorials with pics to explain applying the patches better for beginners.

1. Extract patch files with WinRar (or similar tool)
Download the five patch archives (links above).
Once you have all four archives in your hard drive
you need to extract the four required patch files...
patch file #1 - Nest4_Patch_v1_PES5.dkz
patch file #2 - Maximo's REAL WE9 Chants Patch Vers.1.0 - RCET.dkz
patch file #3 - [PES5] 100% Kits Paletas Compartidas [Kase - Hasselbaink - Mostro].dkz
patch file #4 - [PES5] 100% Kits Fix 1.0.dkz
patch file #5 - Fix_Nest4_1.0.dkz
...each of the archives has one of the above patch files inside.
It's recommended to extract all patch files to a folder.
For example create a new folder and name it 'PES5patch',
and extract or move/place the mentioned patch files into it.

2. Extract 'PES5 DVD-Rom' iso image to your hard drive
(only required to create ISO image, if you have PES5 .iso image already go to step 3.)
Insert 'PES5 DVD-Rom' in PC's DVD drive.
Run DVD Decrypter,
in main window click-> 'MODE' tab, select-> 'ISO' and click-> 'Read R'.
In 'Source', you may check for/select DVD drive your 'PES5 DVD-Rom' is in.
In 'Destination', you may check/select where iso image will be saved.
When done Click-> "DVD(icon) > HardDrive(icon)" button to start process.
Please Wait while DVD Decrypter create's PES5 .iso image in your HD.
3. Extraction of 'PES5 .iso image' files & folders
Create a folder in your hard drive and name it 'PES5'.
Run DKZ Studio, in main window click-> 'File' tab,
then select & click-> 'Open A FIle'; browser window opens.
Use browser to find 'PES5 .iso image' in your HD,
once found double click-> 'PES5 .iso image' in browser.
'PES5 .iso image' content listing will appear in DkZ's folder window.
Click-> 'Edit' tab, then click-> 'Check All Files In The Current Folder'.
Click-> 'Edit' tab again, then click-> 'Export Checked Files';
browser window opens. Use browser to find 'PES5' folder in your HD, once found click-> 'PES5' folder in browser to select it.
To confirm click-> 'Ok' button...
...Please wait while DKZ exports iso's files to your 'PES5' folder....
...close DKZ Studio's folder window.
4 Recommended way to apply patches to 'PES5' folder

Applying all Patches

#? patch file content listing wil appear in DkZ's folder window.

once found click-> 'PES5' folder in browser to select it,
then click-> 'OK' button...
...A message box will open asking you to select between 'DVD' or 'CD',
click-> 'DVD' button...
...Wait while patch is being applied...
Note: another message box may appear during patching,
click-> empty box, just beside ''Don't display this message again.",
then click -> 'Ok' button...
...When done a message box will pop up stating if patched successfully...
...Click 'Ok' button...
...back in DkZ main window, close #? patch file folder window.
Repeat step 3 until all five patches have been applied to 'PES5' folder.
Burnin the patched 'PES5' to DVD
Once all patches have been applied patch creator Nest4 recommends
the use of NERO to burn PES5 patched folder.
You may use any other similar appz to create & burn iso,
I used CD_DVD-Rom gen v2.0, as I've been having problems with Nero 7 recently.
Method by NEST4
Run NERO 'StartMart' select 'DVD' option and click Nero Burning ROM,
In type of DVD recording select last option; DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO)
no multisession, finalize DVD option On. Burn @ speed 2x or less if possible.
Click 'ISO' tab, remove all ticked boxes.
ISO 9660(CD-ROM ISO standard) Length file name: Max 11 = 8+3characters.
Open PES5 folder with nero's file browser,
add all files to project and burn to DVD.
Method by Tyrvas
Run CD_DVD-Rom Generator...
in CD/DVDgen's 'Directory', you'll see 2 windows;
left window = Root (CD icon)
right window = File - Size - etc.
You have to place the PES5 files in correct order
inside 'Directory' right window...
Open your 'PES5' patched folder as a window,
beside CD/DVDgen's open window.
This way you may move/drag the files directly from folder to CD/DVDgen.

in menu click 'ISO Maker (make iso images)',
a new box window opens...
Locate your saved PES5.iml file with browser button.
In ISO image box enter PES5 as name,
click 'Make ISO' button.
Wait while DKZ builds iso image,
burn iso image with DVD Generator.
Play the game in your PS2.
