Great cutscenes and voice acting. The story movement might have a couple small holes, but it's great overall.
Graphics: 8
Tons of pedestrians fill the streets of Manhattan, and the draw distance and framerate are pretty nice. Plenty of little details litter the city also, like signs, garbage cans and such.
Sound: 8
Good if not impressive weapon effects and passable engine sounds fill in the gaps between a really nice soundtrack and the great voice acting.
Gameplay: 7.5
Solid through and through, but it doesn't take as many risks as other games in the genre, including its predecessor.
Lasting Appeal: 8.5
Tons of places to explore, things to find, crimes to solve and so forth. The main storyline may or may not be all that long, but as you'll very likely get sidetracked often, it can take a while.
