وهي تقول::

services. It consists of Content ID fees for FINAL FANTASY XI and/or Tetra
Master. Please log into PlayOnline and follow the on-screen instructions in
order to pay this balance.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If you have already paid the
balance, please disregard this notice.
Please do not reply to this e-mail. Contact the PlayOnline Information Center
for assistance if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT !!!
Due to this pending balance, your account has been suspended. Leaving your
balance unpaid will result in termination of your PlayOnline account. If you
wish to use PlayOnline services again after that, you will need to purchase new
software from a retail store and register a new PlayOnline account.

MUST CANCEL all active Content IDs for that service. Please proceed to the
