في ديسمبر/كانون الأولِ 1990. إستعملَه رئيسُ WWF McMahon مدير أندر تيكر. بول ظَهرَ لأول مرة في يناير/كانون الثّاني 1991، . كمدير أندرتيكر لأكثر من 5 سَنَواتِ، هو كَانَ ناصح وصديق ومراقب الجرّةِ الذي منه يسَحبَ أندرتيكر قوّةً، لكن خانَ صديقَه في SummerSlam 1996 لتَرتيب نفسه لعداوه ضد أندرتيكر. بول أيضاً جَلْب أَخِّ أندرتيكر كان إلى WWE الذي أدّى إلى تنافس قوي. بول و أندرتيكر أصبحا فريق مرةً أخرى نحو نهايةِ 1998 حتى مغادرةِ أندرتيكر مِنْ WWE في سبتمبر/أيلولِ 1999 فترةِ إستراحة للجراحةِ. في 2000، بيل ذَهبَ للعَمَل ك مدير مسرح وكشاف مواهب. عقده مَع WWE إنتهى في أكتوبر/تشرين الأولِ 2002؛ وقع السَنَة التالية عَمَل مَع NWA: TNA. في أكتوبر/تشرين الأولِ 2003، وقّعَ عقد 3 سَنَوات جديد مَع WWE ظَهرَ ثانية كحامل جرة أندرتيكر في مارس/آذار 2004 في WrestleMania 20.

ليونيو/حزيرانِ 27, 2004 ، The Great American Bash

مباراة أندرتيكرضدّ كلا دادلي بويز حُجِزَ بول سَيُغلّفُ في قبو زجاجي خفي، غَطّى إلى صدرِه في الإسمنتِ، طَلبَ Heyman من أندرتيكر بأنّ يكم صب الأسمنت المباراةَ، أندر تيكر يرفض لكن الجره كانة عند Heyman أندر تيكر يكمل بقية الأسميت لين وصل لراس بولبير.

ليس هناك شَكّ بأن DiBiaseمن أهم المصارعين بالرغم من أن مَا رَبحَ أيّ ألقاب فردي رئيسية في WWF، كَانَ عِنْدَهُ أحد أكثر المهنِ الشهيرةِ في المُصارعة المحترفةِ. زوج أمّه، "يَكْوى" مايك ، كَانَ أيضاً مصارع، الذي ماتَ من سكته DiBiase عاشَ مع أجدادِه., ا. ودَخلَ الحلبه للمرة الأولى في سَنَتِه الصغرى. بعد فترة قليلة من زواجه في 1981، إتحاد المُصارعة العالميِ لاحظَه وأَخذَه فيwwf/e.
