Sharpen your English in the best of ways.
( You need to be advanced to do this but you'll become
legenday after you do it ).
Hello, I see many people here trying to invent ways to learn english with the most fun,
I know it, It's been around for more than 30 or so years, And recently I was attached
to it.
We all know video games, And who knows video games knows RPGs, But for those who don't
I'll try to make short and simple.
RPG stands for Role Playing Games, And some of the more famouse games of this type are
Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, And Fable.
What makes RPGs so special and have a large fan base is that it's 100% revolved around
the story, And you play the role of the hero, More than action or game play.
What does this have to do with making your english better?
Good question, With a good answer.
The first RPGs ever made were actually not video games, They were text and imagination.
And by playing text RPGs you discribe things with the most detail, You imagine, You
feel what your hero feels, And you write it down in english.
What do I need?
A keyboard, Although people who read fiction and play fantasy video games will have
an advantage, Imagination is all.
How to start RPing (Role Playing)?
-First there's a GM (Game Master), And that'll be me.
-Second you make a charecter, That is by filling the form below:
-Name:
-Race/Clan/Tribe:
-Gender:
-Age:
-Abilities:
-Appearance:
--Body figure:
--Clothes/Armor:
--Face:
--Hair:
-Weapon of choice:
-History:
Here're some basic rules:
- Use proper english, We are here to learn english with fun, Not just to have fun,
Use capital letters properly, Put commas and periods in the right places, And use
dictionaries to help you.
- Do not double post, That's posting something, Then reacting to it, Just one post,
Unless needed let atleast 2 people RP before you react to what happened.
- Whatever the GM says goes, You do not disagree with him.
- Follow the story given to you by the GM, You can do whatever you like but just don't
distroy the story.
- You only control your hero, DO NOT CONTROL PEOPLE'S HEROES, Is that clear? Only control
your hero.
- Although we are in an imagined world, Logic and physics rules apply, Your characeter
can't get 800 rocket launchers from his pocket, Imagine within limits.
- Your post should only include RPing, If you want to ask about something either PM me
or put it in the last of the post, And make it in a diffrent color or put a border so
we can know that this isn't RPing.
- Do not SUPERplay or SELFcenter ( Detail Below ).
SUPERplaying and SELFcentering:
-SUPERplaying:
Your character can't get weapons from nowhere, He can't dodge every hit, And he can't
be invinsible, Do not super play!, Don't make a strong fast charecter, Make him strong
and slow or weak and fast, To take something give something in return, To give a mighty
blow to the enemy take some hits yourself, When you see your character has no way out
of the hit, Take it and go on, You're not superman, Win some lose some.
-SELFcentering:
Your character isn't the star of the story, You can't make everything goes around him,
Don't push him into every situation, He's a part of the game, HE IS NOT THE GAME!.

Now when we Role Play, I'll be correcting alot of things, Because I don't think too many
of you know how to do it, AND DO NOT FORGET THE FIRST RULE!.
Some people might post actions that'll be rejected, Or maybe the whole character is rejected
It's nothing personal I just guard the story.
the story:
Burlog of the Black Mountain
There're legends about a burlog living on the top of the Black Mountain. Many has gone to
see it, But none ever returned.
And once in a dark night a young boy saw a man, But is
he a man?, He was made of fire and has wings and horns, That thing was as big as a
house, It was horible, It distroyed everything in it's way, Then it flew to the black
mountain, When he asked his father about it, His father said it was the cursed Burlog from
the Black Mountain, He also told him not to talk about it to anyone, As he might be considered
crazy or cursed, But as the boy grew up, He heard more stories of the Burlog, He became more
intrested in it.
Years after, As the boy became a very strong young man, He and 9 other young people were sitting outside the village
and passing time, The Burlog of the Black Mountain came !, He distroyed the village, Almost
completely !, And killed whoever was in there, when the 10 young people came back, They saw it distroyed,
and everyone who the care about was killed, So they decided to go on a long journy to the top of the Black
Mountain to slay the damned Burlog.
And here our story begins, I need 10 characters for each one of the group of people hunting the Burlog,
And one of them is the young boy ( HE IS NOT THE HERO, THEY'RE ALL HEROES ! ).
