order to pay this balance.

for assistance if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT !!!
Due to this pending balance, your account has been suspended. Leaving your
balance unpaid will result in termination of your PlayOnline account. If you
wish to use PlayOnline services again after that, you will need to purchase new
software from a retail store and register a new PlayOnline account.
If you wish to unsubscribe from any of PlayOnline?fs fee-based services, you
MUST CANCEL all active Content IDs for that service. Please proceed to the
?gMembership?h section of Service & Support to do so, or contact the PlayOnline
Information Center.
