paypal need alot of work and need usa mailbox adders
but u r able to open a vary cheep bank accont there that what i heard and they will give u iternet visa if u want for free in only 3 days

Salam Alaikum,
First of all PlayOnline doesn't accept PayPal, they only accpet VISA and MASTERCARD.
You can get a MASTERCARD surfer card from almost any bank near you.
