Please help, language problem

I have a new HP laptop, there is no microsoft office with it. the problem is that I can't type in arabic as you can see...how can i make
it write arabic

They told me I need the office, is that right.? and from where can I get it, does anybody have it

u must have win xp CD

if u have it fellow these steps

after these steps u must restart the compter

and everything will be OK :)

but in my windows xp there is no such an option called regional and languages options. I can't find that in the control panel
