what is morphology ?
it is the study of the internal structure of the words .
what is morpheme ?
it is a short segment of language that meets three criteria :
it is aword or part of word that has meaning .[/FONT]
2- it can not be divided into a smaler meaningful parts without violation
3- it recurs indiffering verbal enviroment with relativly stable meaning
(the free and bound morpheme )
free morpheme : is the one that can be uttered alone with meaning .
( example : the word eat)
bound morpheme : is the one that can not be uttered a lone with meaning .
(example: the word replay )
