Twisted Metal: The Return
Any news or rumors on a new Twisted Metal for the PS3 or better yet a new Vigilante 8 (hey a guy can wish)? Seems like the next-gen consoles are really lacking when it comes to car combat games.

Vigilante 8 is unlikely, but Twisted Metal is a game that I think you'll see on the PlayStation 3 some day. Not only is it a big franchise for Sony, but it also owns the space it's in too (you can't name a bigger car combat title). In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Incog guys have been working on another Twisted Metal: Black for a year or two already. Fully destructible environments and an "on-foot mode" ala Warhawk are things that would push that series in the direction it needs to go. Whether or not we'll see that eventually is something for time machine; but like you, I'd certainly like to.
