i am building a php website about stocks Traders and brokers

i want the system to know the when the user login into the website if he is a trader or abroker and automatically sends him to the trader page or the broker page.

also i need the system to sends automatic emails to the trader if there was a change in the shares

please help ... i will be very grateful

dear whatever your name was am working at some project of mine wihch is nearly the same as the one your discussing in here and working with
C# on this project bu from the point of view of the client , so why do not we group our projects into one project??
