**The requirement on meta gems talks about all your gear. Meaning if it says requires 2 yellow and 1 red gem you could have one yellow socketed on your belt one or your gloves and a red on your boots.

It is being reported that any gems that match 2 slots count as both colors, so in the above example you could have one yellow gem and one orange (fits a red or a yellow slot) and meet the reqirement of 2 yellow and 1 red gem.
