He worked on NiGHTS into Dreams... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NiGHTS_into_Dreams), created the original idea for Sonic Adventure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_Adventure) (it was his idea for a Sonic Role-Playing Game (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Role-Playing_Game)), and was the lead designer for Sonic Adventure 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_Adventure_2), Sonic Heroes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_Heroes) and Shadow the Hedgehog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_the_Hedgehog_%28video_game%29). He currently heads Sonic Team's Sega Studio USA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sega_Studio_USA) R&D team and is leading development of NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NiGHTS:_Journey_of_Dreams) as the producer.
