Acactually I have a research about the impact of burned out tachers on learning and teaching English as a second
language In Saudi Arabia

Burnout is an occupational hazard to which all members of [/left]helpin
g professions are exposed, including teachers.
Carter defines teacher burnout as physical, emotional, and attitudinal exhaustion that begins with a feeling of uneasiness and mounts as the joy of teaching begins to gradually slip away.

I believe the obvious reason why people did not reply is that simply by answering the first question like this :
1. Have you ever heard about this phenomena ( burned out teachers? ).
If my answer is "No".
Then logically, how am I supposed to answer the rest of the questions...

و الله أتخيل السبب هو نظام التدريس و الملل الي فيه الذي يؤدي الى استهتار الطلاب و كراهية الدراسة مما يؤدي ككل الى أن المدرس يكره اليوم الي دخل فيه هذا المجال
