my account payment method got blocked 1.5 years ago for transfering reasons, and i've tryed to contact them 1 mounth ago, and i've got the respone finally today.
it says that they'll not remove the block, but i can use the prepaid card to top up my account, the problem is i know that xD, but i want to transfer from the raelm or even change my name.
i've posted in the forums about something called " Pre-Paid Transfer Card" it may help the people who is haveing the same problem as me.
