ياخي هاي رابع مره افرمته و للعلم اني استعمل كاسبر سكاي انتي فايرز 2009 و هاي المره بستعمل الانترنت سكيوريتي و بشوف اخرتهم

Remember that unless you actually locate and remove the source of this infection it is still there and will result in you being continually keylogged. Once removed, update your operating system and web browser with the latest security patches.

Please note that Key Loggers and Trojan viruses send information about your passwords to other people and should be considered a serious threat to the integrity of your system. These details are not limited to World of Warcraft; keyloggers routinely steal online banking information where possible and any other personal details they can find. If steps are not taken to remove any possible programs from your computer, it is highly probable that your account will become compromised once more.

Finally, we have reset your password and issued you with a computer generated one, which you will receive in a separate e-mail. You will be able to change this password at your leisure, using the Account Management feature on our web site, located at:

Your password will be sent from noreplyeu@blizzard.com. If you do not receive it after one hour, please add this address to your email address list so that it is not rejected by any spam filter you are using.

يقولون انه خلاص شالوا القفل على الاكاونت و المطلوب الحين منك انك تصلح جهازك قبل ما تدخل واو لان الي سارق منك الاكوانت عرف الرقم السري حقك عن طريق التروجن او الكي لوقر( اي تكتبه في الكيبود راح تجيه على شكل رساله) المهم طلب من انك تدخل الموقع حقهم هذاhttp://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=5383442401&sid=1وتنزل البرنامج عشان يساعد على الحمايه وو حذف التروجن الهم يقولون ان تدخل الاكونت و لا صلحت جهازك الي فيه التروجن و انسرق ايميلك على ما اظن ما راح يرجعونه لك مره ثانيهاحلى شي فرمت كل شي و خذ اللعبه من صاحب تعرفه و افتك من المشاكل

في اســرع وقت , لان شي اكيــد السرقه تمــــت عن طريــق الـ Keylogers
