لا يستطيع البرنامج عمل update لانه يفشل فى الاتصال بالانترنت مع انه مسموح به فى windows firewall & trusted sites in the explorer و هذا report الذى يظهر المشكلة :

حمل الملف المرفق و قم بفك الضغط عنه و الملف الناتج انقره بالماوس
و سيعمل البرنامج التحديث بشكل طبيعي ان شاء الله ،،

و عندما نقرت الملف الناتج من الاستخراج لم يحدث شىء ,اقصد لا نقل ملفات او تسطيب .

ليس هناك نقل ملفات او تسطيب فقط مفتاح ريجستري ،،
مرفق منفرد جربه مرة ا خري و وافني بالنتيجة ..

بعد الاستخراج ظهرت Avira icon (hbedvعليها مفتاح لكن بعد الضغط عليها ظهرت نافذة تحمل اسم avira antivir premium license manger و عندما ضغطت ok ظهرت رسالة تقول the license is invaild and and will not be installed غلى الرغم من انها صالحة حتى 26/2

و وجدت ايضا انى لا استطيع التحميل من موقع microsoft . تظهر رسالة فيما معناها ان ال server رفض السماح للتحميل ,
