نيو هنا Greetings
I will help you correct some of these sentences. i am an american and i speak very good english; i do not speak very good arabic, however, but i am trying to learn.

Q1 Who is brought the letter to Ahmed's house ?
Who *is bringing* the letter... or
Who *has brought* the letter.....
or Who *had brought* the letter...
or Who brought the letter?
This is very complicated; basically,
to be (present) +verb+ing means that the action is still happening right now:
we are playing a game; she is watching television
to be (past) +verb+ing means the action was happening in the past:
we were playing a game when Ahmed hurt his foot,
she was watching television when her friend called her on the telephone.
to be (past) + verb (past) usually makes the expression passive:
the game was played by us, the animal was shot by the hunter, the letter was brought (had been brought) by the postman, the window was broken by the boy. notice that in these passive sentences, you can omit the subject of the verb:
the window was broken, the letter was brought, the animal was shot.
the simple past tense means that the action is over and done; it doesn't give you any more information:
we played a game, they watched TV....
! The postman brought the lette to Ahmed's house

Q2 Where Ahmed lived ?
Where did Ahmed live?
A2 Ahmd's lived in the village

Q3 where is Ahme's son work ?
Where did Ahmed's son work?
A3 Ahmed's son worked in london

Q4 What is sent Ahmed's son ?
What did Ahmed's son send?
A4 Ahmed son sent a letter

Q5 Why is Ahmed coludnot read the letter ?
Why couldn't Ahmed read the letter?
(notice that in this sentence "could not/could" is used like "is." you don't need to put an extra "is" in the sentence because "could not" takes its place.)
A5 Ahmed couldn't read the letter because he did not know how to read and write .

Q6 who is read the from him ?
Who read the letter for him?
A6 the school teacher read the letter for him.

Q7 Where is Ahmed went ?
Where did Ahmend go?
A7 Ahmed went to darfur

Q8 why is Ahmed went to the ministry of the Intreior ?
Why did Ahmed go to.....
A8 He went to the ministry of the Intreior to apply for an Identity Card .
Q9 What he neede ?
What did he need?
A9 He needed three photos from the photographer

I hope this helps you a little bit.
إلي اللقاء
