Take 2 تقاضي 3D Realms
رفعت شركه Take 2 مطور لعبه Duke Nukem Forever قضيه ضد شركه Apogee Software لـ 3D Realms وذلك لانهم فشلوا في تطوير اللعبه ,,, وقالوا انه اللعبه تحت التطوير منذ 1997 ,,, وصرفت عليها اكثر من 12 مليون دولار ،،
وعلى هذا تطلب الشركه صورة من الى ما وصلت اليه اللعبه الان ،، اضافه الى البيئه وغيرها !!
