Lol I just love discussing these matters

Lets c what wiki has 2 say about this

Arranged marriage (also called prearranged marriage) is a marriage arranged by someone other than the couple getting wedded


So now everyone knows what it means lets start

This here is my opinion you don’t have 2 agree

Marriage in general is a death trap !

Once your sucked in you just cant seem 2 find a way out

So do you actually think we need more terror?

Getting wedded 2 someone you haven’t met before?

Or worse a family member ! tan tan TAAAAA !

Like someone with a high position in your family(usually father or grand) comes up 2 you and says : you're gonna marry your cousin weather you like it or not

But worse

Coz most family's don’t give the girl the freedom she needs or the chance 2 speak out

That is just narrow minded

If you force someone into something as big as this, the outcome will just be destructive

But here's the thing

Im not saying im against it

Not at all

Im against forcing a marriage

Hell if the two are ok with it, throw the rice

You all know these stories

I love him he loves me etc, etc, etc…..

But he's a muslim , she's a Christian

Usually not a big deal but don’t expect your family blessings anytime soon

Or he's suni she's she3a

That here is really messed up

Even though both are muslims

But you'll c the parents against it more then the Christian thing

Which is really just sad


There's a lot 2 discuss but I think ill give you guys a chance 2 say what you think about this.. and if I go on no one is gonna read the topic XD

Hi there

As for arranged marriages:
I can't say it is completely wrong because I had one prepared for me since birth,
but for some medical reasons it failed before even coming reality,
however I wasn't against it at all.
The thing is, you live with the idea and slowly you accept it.

However, since you didn't made that choice it may feels kind of annoying, you may not like how things been set for you, it is your life after all and only you have the right to make that choice!l

As for Marriages between different cultures and religions:
I'm totally against it, I would avoid any possible conflicts here
This is related to one's beliefs; I can't mess with that
Also, it is usually difficult to change
and I don't think I'll ever accept someone with different beliefs to be bound with by marriage.

I'd marry when I find my own way rather than just marring for the sake of being married now

I think thats one big joke
I don't care what elders say, when I marry someone..that means am the one
whose gonna have to spend his days and nights with that someone
not my Grandfather, not my Father and not my Mother
and am not some teenager trying to rebel against all things family
it is called rational thinking :p
