الكرياتين من أهم المكملات الغذائية للاعب بناء الاجسام
هناك مجموعة كبيرة من المستحضرات والمكملات الغذائية التي يحتاجها لاعب بناء الاجسام لكي يتمكن من زيادة حجم العضلة ومن اهم هذه المستحضرات الكرياتين.
الكرياتين:هو الامينو أسيد الطبيعي

الموجود في العضلة بنسبة 95%مع لنسبة قليلة موجودة في الدماغ والقلب. الكمية الاكثرمن الكرياتين مركزه على شكل فوسفو كرياتين بنسبة 66%في حين ان الكمية الباقية المخزونة على شكل كرياتين حر 32%.
الكرياتين بنوعيه الفوسفو كرياتين والكرياتين النقي(الحر) يكون معدله بالمتوسط(120)غم لدى الشخص العادي في حين يستطيع الجسم ان-يخزن- ويستوعب من 150- 160 غم. كما يستهلك الجسم حوالي(1-3) من العضلة لكل يوم اثناء التبول .
ويستطيع الجسم ان يحصل على الكرياتين من خلال وجبات الغذاء اليومية، مثلاً يحصل الجسم على غرامين من الكرياتين بتناول نصف كغم من اللحم والسمك.
فالكرياتين يحسن ويطور مكاسب العضلة وقوتها ويعطيها المزيد من الطاقة اثناء التمرين. حيث اكدت معظم البحوث تأثير مستحضرات الكرياتين في الانجاز الرياضي العضلي وبايجابية النتائج . حيث ان الكرياتين يطور قوة وحجم العضلة ويزيد من طاقتها بنسبة 5-الى 15%،كما يزيد المكاسب في اعطاء الكثافة العضلية اثناء التمرين .
فاستخدام الكرياتين خلال فترة قصيرة يعمل على زيادة وزن الرياضي من 1-2 كغم خلال الاسبوع الاول وهذا الكسب السريع للوزن ناتج عن احتباس الماء في الجسم وهذا مايسبب تضخيم العضلات وخلال الاستمرارلمدة(12)اسبوعاً باستخدام الكرياتين تبلغ الزيادة في الوزن من (3-4)كغم وقد اكدت البحوث والتقارير التي اجراها خبراء الرياضة ان استخدام مستحضرات الكرياتين هي الافضل حالياً.ان زيادة التحمل والشدة وزيادة الاوزان المستعملة في التمرين هي عامل مهم في تطوير العضلات.
الكرياتين يساعد على زيادة قوة التحمل
واحد فوائد الكرياتين هو مساعدة الرياضي على زيادة قوة التحمل والمطاولة ومن فوائد الكرياتين ايضاً أنه يقلل من الاجهاد الحاصل اثناء التدريب العنيف .
ويقلل من الاصابات ويساعد في الشفاء من الاصابات ويحسن تخزين الكلايكوجين في العضلةوكلايكوجين العضلة هو عبارة عن كمية الكربوهيدرات المخزونة في العضلة وهو العامل المؤثر في اطالة التناوب للتحميل اثناء التمرين لذلك فان اكثر الرياضيين يركزون على تخزين الكاربوهيدرات في الجسم قبل المسابقات ذلك لهدف تمكين عضلاتهم من تحمل فترات أطول من التمرين دون ان يحصل لهم اجهاد مبكر.
استعمال الكرياتين
هناك طرق لاستعمال الكرياتين للاعبي بناء الاجسام من حيث اختلاف وزن اللاعب وعدد الوحدات التدريبيةوالطريقة المتوازنة الصحيحة هي تناول 5غم من الكرياتين قبل نصف ساعة من مزاولة التمرين ويفضل تناوله مع عصير فواكه حتى تتم عملية الامتصاص والاستفادة من الكرياتين بشكل جيد .
وبعد الانتهاء من التمرين يكرر اللاعب تناول 5غم من الكرياتين بعد نصف ساعة ، ويستمر على هذا االمنهاج مدة (3) أسابيع بعدها يتم ترك الكرياتين مدة (7)ايام ومن ثم العودة الى المنهاج مرة ثانية لمدة (3) اسابيع ايضا وسوف يلاحظ زيادة في الوزن 4 - 5 كغم.
