المساعدة رسالة شكوى

الله يخليكم شوفوا هل هذه الطريقة صحيحة لكتابة رسالة شكوى كما يمكن تعدلوا اذا فيه خطأ واريدكم اخر شي تعطوني جملة حلوه في نهاية الرسالة يعني بعد ما اطرح مشاكل الجهاز اريد اكتب جمله حلوه

I am writing in regards to a laptop that I recently purchased from your company by mail-order. Because the laptop has some serious problem , I am requesting another laptop or a refund purchase price .

I purchased the laptop for RO 30 by calling the 95011 number listed in an advertisement .My phone occurred on May 20th .The laptop was delivered on May 32th The total purchase price was RO 35 . The following items were include with USB cable. Buttery, and bag .

When I received the device I'm surprised by the problems of the device
