اليوم ان شا الله راح أبدأ استخدم الأنيمال ستاك

وأنا ما أبغى آخذ حبة الكافيين لأني ما ابغى اسهر في الليل

اتفاجأت انه في الكيس الواحد فيه حبتين لونها أحمر

فما أدري أي وحدا فيهم الكافيين =(

On your workout days take one pack daily for 3 weeks, 30 minutes before your workout with plenty of water. On the days off take it on an empty stomach between meals with plenty of water as well. after that you got to stop it at least for 7 workout days and then you can repeat it again if u want. animal stak without caffeine animal cuts with caffeine. in my personal opinion u shouldn't separate it just use it all for better result. the side effect is if u are genetically ready to loss hair so animal stak goanna faster your hair loss.
