Which type of Mandrake 8.0 release I should choose?

Asalam Alayikum All
I was trying to download Mandrake 8.0 but when I reached the type of release I found two types:
**Mandrake80-ext.iso ....the other is....
**Mandrake80-inst.iso
Which one I should pick????????????
I would apreciate your usual support..

After the download is completed, is there any programe to unpack or unzip the downloaded files. or it will be ready for installation.
I am sorry for using English as my P.C. is English version of Win .

ok brother..
these file are CD Images..
they aren't compressed files
after you download it ,you need to burn it into CD,vi the CD writer program..but if you don't have CD-Writer
then you had lost your time and money :(
so delete them..

however,I hope that you have CD-Writer ,if so..then go to the CD-Writer program..open it
and on the file menu
pick on.."Create CD from CD image" or somethings like that..
then burn it..
