New game for TriAce - Arc The Lad Goes Online !

Reports out of Japan indicate that the previously announced Arc the Lad Generations is a fully Online game. Apparently, the game will support Online play for up to eight players, with cooperative play and four versus four competitive play.

SCE is preparing the game for a Japanese release on 11/4.

Today's report suggests that Generations is the Arc the Lad Online game Sony Computer Entertainment announced last year.

I think they will reveal it at TGS 2004

Arc goes online?
sounds a bit weird to me.. I never really imagined it as an online game ..
but well.. it might b good ..
and hopefully tru-ae will come up with something new .. Not SO and not VP for sure ..
those guys are talented ..

It's probably hard for them to create a sequel to Valkyrie .. because you know .. The story ended by the best ending in the game .. you know what happens there .. So building something new might make it look a bit stupid .. beause it would be hard to create a story that is better than the previous one .. especially that there won't be a base for it ..
but thinking of a base ..
VALKYRIE PROFILE SPOILERS AHEAD





If you guys got the beast ending and waited until the "Fin" screen faded .. then you must have heared the Brahms and Lezar monologue .. You'll hear Brahms talking about Hel the goddess of Nifelheim and how does she oppose Lenneth and what she did .. And that she might even start a war ..


I think that this would be a reasonable base of a sequel ..

3 endings enough for it

but think about other RPG

Star ocean
Final fantasy
Chrono cross

they are hardly related to previos parts
so maybe and maybe not
i give 30% it could be a VP sequal
30% SO sequal
40% brand new RPG^^

اتمنى ان تكون الون لاين فيها محدودة اي اننا نستطيع اللعب بيها كاربيجي كلاسيكية مع وجود بعض الاضافات الاونلاين
(مثل ميتال جير الجديدة ستاخذ الثياب للتخفي من الاونلاين لكن بدون اللعب)
و بالنسبة للمشروع الجديد فانا انتظر الافصاح عنه لان العاب تري ايس رائعة دوما سواء كانت جزء جديد من ستار اوشين او فالكيري او حتى سلسلة جديدة
