choose instal filesfor complex script...

regional option
customise
choose arabic (+urstate)
in the end
go to advanced
choose arabic (+urstate)
restart ur computer

Buy CD Windows XP support Arabic Language (not operating system)and install to yr machine after that U can write arabic

Windows XP has 2 CD 1 for operating system and another for support arabic

than change the language system make Arabic as default than you should writ Arabic read even if you did't insatall the CD language that only cahnge the interface of windows but if you do that step 'll help you out
