أرجو المساعدة .. مشكلتي مع DirectX 9
مشكلتي باختصار هي أنني حين أردت تركيب بعض الألعاب طالبتني بترقية directx 8.1 الموجود في جهازي إلىDirectX 9 . وقد قمت بمحاولة ذلك عن طريق البرنامج المضاف في الشريط نفسه . لكن الويندوز رفض نسخ البرنامج وأعطاني الرسالة التالية :
The software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows xp . This software will not be installed .
فقمت بتحميل برنامج MICROSOFT DirectX 9.0cمن موقع مايكروسوفت ومع ذلك رفضه الجهاز لنفس السبب .
فأرجو منكم التكرم بمساعدتي .

وقد انحلت المشكلة من الخطوة الأولى في الموقع الأول .
وهي - لمن أراد الاستفادة - كالتالي :
To fix this behavior:
. Right-click My Computer and press Manager.
. Expand Services and Applications.
. Double-click Services.
. Double-click Cryptographic Services.
Make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic and that the service is started. If not, set it, press Apply and OK. Shutdown and restart Windows XP and retry the update.
