اذهب الى:
start -> settings -> Control panel
افتح
Keyboard
ثم من قائمة input Locales
اضغط على
Add...
لإضافة اللغة العربية
و أيضا تستطيع التحكم باللغات في:
start -> settings -> Control panel -> Regional Options
