This was put here to practice out language...
and find a way to express our self in another language that we all love, also, it was put to give a vision about our culture to a foreign guest who might be nosy (and good of course) to read, interact, and own an opinion about us
So, we are ought to write in English, and only English

However, I noticed that the title that you write has a mistake.
You write : You are ought to ........
You should say : You ought to ..... ( without "are" ).
