problem in msn

1st prblem " why cant i download msn 6.2 or msn 7 betna from msn.com ??
2nd problem : my sister has just download her msn shechek her email from the msn she must download somethin names ADD-in ( but when she click to downloads it it takes her back to www.msn.com )
3sd porblem : why cant i write arabic in the montada !!!? bellangauge bar in the task bar its writeen AR not EN and even when i click shift and control nothing happens !!

اعتقد ان جهازك فيه فيروس وهالفيروس عمل خلل بنظام الإكسبلورير لأني انا كان عندي نفس المشكله قبل فتره وعملت لجهازي فورمات وراحت المشكله
واما عن المشكله الثانيه فأعتقد ان انها راح تنحل بعد ما تفرمت جهازك
