need help with FFXI payment method please

I wish I could type in arabic :(
anyway,i dont have a credit card and wanna play ffxi,how i can pay the monthly fees? i heard about the cash-u cards,but i dont know how to get one,and if they really work.
I appreciate your help :)
P.S: I'm not omega-soul,im using his account cause i cant logout :09:

In kuwait you can go to any bank like NBK and open a student account , ask them to get an online visa card for the internet , you can use that to play FFXI.





Other method is you can go to aramex shops and get cash U card that works as master card and use it online.
